Working Talkback Methods:

Tinychat waiting room :

This is a flash based service, so will not require any special programs to install, but you will need a mic, firefox, and the latest version of flash.

Enter - To participate, join the room, enable your microphone and click broadcast. When done, please be quiet and wait for the DJ to confirm that you have the 'floor'.

TTS IRC - Text To Speech Room :

This is a special IRC channel in anonplus IRC server, where you can talk without using voice. Please listen to the actual radio, so you can hear your voice as well as the DJ's. The DJ is not required to type what he said (But he may if you ask).

At the moment the Text-To-Speech process is done manually by the DJ reading your text out loud in his/her voice, but pitch shifted (or voice disguised). Later on we plan to automate this process by speech synthesis. We also plan to have 'speech recognition for DJ' so you are not required to listen to the radio to hear the DJ's response.

During the call for talkback users, just type "/knock #talkback" in anonplus IRC server, and wait for an invite.
